摘要
基于"信息流畅"的图书馆知识服务研究,主要阐述了"信息流畅"、"数字流畅"、"服务流畅"的概念,并在这些概念的基础上进行了图书馆知识服务实践,从而创造性地通过提高读者的信息技术能力、图书馆的信息资源、人力资源的整合配置,增强图书馆和读者之间的互动,共同提高图书馆知识服务的能力。
The research of knowledge service based on information fluency mainly describes the concepts of information fluency, digital fluency as well as service fluency. And based on the concepts, knowledge services are provided in libraries, which increases the interaction between the library and users, and improves the capability of knowledge services of libraries by improving the users capability of information technologies and integrating the information resources and human resources
