摘要
通过美国公共图书馆协会2002年起草、2005年通过的《公共图书馆协会战略规划》的介绍,了解国外公共图书馆战略计划制定的过程、关注点,战略规划的实施以及战略规划的监督与评价,同时提出我们制定战略规划时应该考虑的几个因素。
The Public Library Association （PLA） has embarked on a process that will I a long-range strategic plan for the organization. This article makes an analysis suggestions for us to make such a strategic plan.
