脑脊液置换联合鞘内注药治疗结核性脑膜炎的疗效观察

The cerebrospinal fluid replacement combining intrathecal drug therapy in patients with tuberculous meningitis

目的探讨脑脊液置换联合鞘内注药治疗结核性脑膜炎的应用。方法将39例结核性脑膜炎患者随机分为2组,观察组21例,对照组18例,两组给予常规抗结核治疗,观察组在常规治疗基础上给予脑脊液置换联合鞘内给药,治疗2个月后观察疗效。结果观察组临床症状缓解,脑脊液蛋白恢复正常的时间短于对照组。结论结核性脑膜炎常规治疗基础上给予脑脊液置换联合鞘内给药,使患者病程缩短,减少并发症,提高治愈率,改善预后。是治疗结核性脑膜炎行之有效的方法之一。

Objective To study the cerebrospinal fluid replacement combining intrathecal drug therapy in patients with tuberculous meningitis.Methods 39 cases of tuberculous meningitis patients were randomly divided into 2 groups,21 cases of the observation group,18cases of the control group,two groups given conventional anti-TB treatment,the observation group in the conventional treatment given based on CSF replacement combined with intrathecal drug,2 months after treatment to observe efficacy.Results Clinical symptoms,the restoration of normal cerebrospinal fluid protein in the control group a short time.Conclusion The conventional treatment of tuberculous meningitis based on CSF replacement given to intrathecal drug,so that patients with shorter duration to reduce complications and improve cure rate and improve the prognosis.The treatment of tuberculous meningitis is one of the ways to be effective
