丙泊酚复合芬太尼、利多卡因或奈福泮进行无痛人工流产的比较

Comparison of anesthetic effects of propofol combined with fentanyl,lidocaine or nefopam in painless artificial abortion

目的探讨丙泊酚复合芬太尼、利多卡因或奈福泮在无痛人工流产手术的应用效果。方法对120例自愿接受无痛人工流产的妊娠妇女进行手术并观察术后效果。结果三组术中MAP,HR,SpO2,RR减慢以F组变化最大(P<0.01);N组注射疼痛程度较高,L组术后宫缩疼痛程度较低。结论丙泊酚复合利多卡因用于无痛人工流产麻醉为一种价优效好的联合用药方法。

Objective To compare the anesthetic effects of propofol combined with fentanyl,lidocaine or nefopam in painless artificial abortion.Methods 120 pregnant women scheduled for painless artificial abortion were operated and observed.Results MAP,RR,HR and SpO2 decreased especially in group F（P〈0.01）.The injection-induced pain was most severe in group N and the uterine contraction pain was mildest in group L.Conclusion Intravenous propofol combined with lidocaine is an optimal strategy for painless artificial abortion.
