米非司酮联合甲氨蝶呤治疗输卵管妊娠49例分析

目的探讨未破裂型输卵管妊娠保守治疗的有效方法。方法回顾分析我院49例未破裂型输卵管妊娠病例,采用米非司酮联合甲氨蝶呤(MTX)治疗作为观察组,单用MTX治疗作为对照组,对比两者疗效。结果观察组治愈率84.6%,对照组治愈率60.9%,两组治疗效果差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论米非司酮联合MTX效果优于单用MTX。

Objective To investigate the unruptured tubal pregnancy effective method of conservative treatment.Methods A retrospective analysis of 49 cases in our hospital unruptured tubal pregnancies,use of mifepristone,methotrexate（MTX）treatment as the observation group alone as a control group treated with MTX,compared to the two effects.Results The cure rate of 84.6%cure rate of 60.9%in the control group,significant difference between treatment groups（P0.05）.Conclusion Mifepristone is better than MTX alone MTX.
