Economic Globalization,G20 and Reform of International Monetary System

在经济全球化背景下,防止经济危机或风险,需要世界各国特别是主要经济国家之间的宏观经济政策合作。20国集团及其旗下的财长和央行行长会议,就是在联合国框架之外形成的适应经济全球化的实现跨国监测、防范、应对危机的新机制,它的重大意义还在于:它不仅意味着对传统的世界经济旧秩序的突破,而且孕育着国际经济新秩序的萌芽。中国的人民币应借势加速国际化进程。

Under the background of economic globalization,the cooperation among all the countries,especially,the major countries,in macroeconomic policy is required for preventing economic crises or risks.The G20 Group,including its meeting of finance ministers and central bank governors,is a new mechanism besides the UN framework,which adapts to the economic globalization and helps realize trans-national crisis monitoring,prevention and response.Its meaning also lies in：it not only implies a breakthrough from the traditional world economic order,but also gestates the sprout of the new international economic order.Chinese Renminbi should speed up the process of internationalization under this situation.
