摘要
学习型组织理论是管理学的前沿理论之一,其本质在于通过五项修炼增强组织的创新能力。干部教育培训机构的学习型组织建设是学习型社会建设的重要组成部分,是其自身发展的需要。具体来说在进行学习型组织建设时要运用科学方法;树立全员终身学习的新理念;形成学习型组织文化;建立学习制度;转换领导者角色;加强团队学习。
The learning organization theory is one of the front theories in management,and its essence is increasing organization's innovative ability through five disciplines.The learning organization construction of cadre education and training institutions is an important component of the construction of learning society,and is required for their own development.Concretely speaking,to conduct the learning organization construction,we ought to use scientific methods,set up the new idea of all-member lifelong learning,form the culture of learning organization,establish learning systems,transform the role of leaders,and strengthen team learning.
