陇蜀杜鹃枝条扦插试验

A Trial on Cutting of Rhododendron Przewalskii

用不同浓度的ABT_2号生根粉溶液分别处理陇蜀杜鹃(Rhodendron przewalskii)二年生嫩枝后扦插在沙土混合(1:1)的基质上;用同一浓度处理陇蜀杜鹃二年生枝条后扦插在不同基质上.结果表明:用ABT_2号生根粉溶液处理陇蜀杜鹃枝条,能显著提高枝条生根率,其中浓度以10mg/kg的效果最好,生根率达66.7％,四种扦插基质以河沙效果最好,生根率达45.5％.

After soaked in ABT2 solution of different cousentrotiones, the biennial tender branches of Rhododendron przewalskii were cuttaged in the mixed media of cutting sand and soil( 1:1) ; After it was soaked in ABT2 solution of the same consentrotion, the biennial tender branckes of Rhododendron przewalskii were cuttaged in diffrent media of cutting. Result showed that: (l)ABT2 increase the percentage of strike root of Rhodoendron przewalskii to 66.7% ,the best concentration is l0mg/kg. (2)The best media of cutting is sand,and the percentage of strike root reach 45.5% .
