青海高原春小麦醇溶蛋白电泳分析

Gliadin Analysis with the A - PAGE Method for the Varieties of Spring Wheat of Qinghai Plateau

采用酸性聚丙烯酸胺凝胶电泳(A—PAGE)法,分析了青海省不同地区同一品种和同一地区不同品种(系)的春小麦籽粒醇溶蛋白电泳图谱.结果表明:不同地区同一品种的电泳图谱一致;同一地区不同品种(系)间的电泳图谱差异显著,并显示出各自独特的谱带组合.证明麦醇溶蛋白的组成完全由遗传决定,不受外界环境条件的影响.

The Spring wheat seed gliadin of the same variety from different districts and the different varieties from same district of Qinghai Plateau was analysed by the A - PAGE method. The result showed that the gliadin of the same variety from different districts was showing no difference in electropho-rogram.but the gliadin of different varieties from same district was obviously various. It was fully confirmed that the composition of gliadin of a certain variety was decided completely by its hereditary basis, and it was not affected by environment.
