摘要
针对TBD234V6型柴油机的配气系统,设计了电控可变气门系统,并应用相关软件模拟气门运动规律。运用GT-POWER软件建立该柴油机的模型,计算柴油机功率、扭矩、燃油消耗率等参数,并用试验验证仿真模型的准确性。利用该模型研究分析了柴油机配置电控可变气门后的工作过程及性能变化规律。结果表明:利用该电液控制配气机构代替传统的配气机构,设计与柴油机运行相对匹配的气门运动规律,有利于柴油机动力性和经济性的提升。
Aiming at the valve train system of TBD234V6 diesel engine, an electro-hydraulic variable valve train was designed. The motion law of the variable valve train was simulated by using the related softwares. By using GT-POWER software, the simulation model of diesel engine was built up and the engine power, torque and specific fuel consumption were calculated. The simulation model was validated by experiment. Then this model was used for analyzing the operating course and the performance of the diesel engine equipped with the variable valve train. The results show that the engine power and fuel economy can be improved by using the electro-hydraulic variable valve train instead of conventional valve train.
