摘要 设计了一种遥控船舶推进装置的全电子监测控制系统,系统主要由硬件电路、软件、远程控制接口、执行机构等组成,可实现柴油机、离合器及齿轮箱的机旁控制,驾控和遥控,运行状态监测及安全保护和报警功能。在WinXP环境下应用Delphi 7.0软件开发了一套系统在线标定和监控软件,通过RS422串行通信实现控制参数的在线整定和系统运行状态的远程监控。研制系统在以TBD604BL6柴油机为动力的某型船舶上进行了功能、性能配机试验及系泊和航行试验。试验结果表明:设计的控制系统调速性能良好,齿轮箱控制过程平稳、可靠,逻辑关系正确,满足工程实际要求。 A full-electronic remote-controlled monitoring system for ship powertrain was designed. The function of the monitoring system includes direct control, driving control and remote control of engine, clutch and transmission, working status monitoring as well as security and alarm control. The monitoring system is composed of the hardware circuits, software, remote-controlled interface and actuating mechanism. In order to adjust the control parameters and to monitor the running state of the system,a monitoring software was developed on the Windows XP platform by using Delphi 7.0 software. The mooring and navigation tests were conducted by using the monitoring system on a ship equipped with TBD604BL6 diesel engine. The experimental results show that the system has a good speed-regulation performance and a right logic relation, and it can accomplish smooth and reliable control of the transmission. The system can meet the practical requirements.
