摘要
采用“气培法”繁殖观赏百合,一个鳞片可以形成2~4枚小鳞茎,最多的达7枚.组织学观察结果:鳞片经培养后,鳞片中部细胞平均淀粉粒数由培养前的10个减少到 5.6个,细胞体积由63.19×44.5μm减小到67.64×36.49μm.
Using 'air - culture 'of Lily propagation, a scale could reproduce 2 to 4 small bulbs, above 7 small bulbs for particular scale. Trie observation of histology found that the average number of starch grain in each cell sited in central parts were descrensed from 10 grains before cultured to 5.6 grains after cultured, cell size was reduced from 63.19/μm × 44.5μm before cultured to 67.64μm × 36.49μm after cultured.
