摘要
厌氧折流板反应器(ABR)是一种具有分阶段多相厌氧反应器工艺思想(SMPA)的新型高效厌氧反应器,ABR反应器前面隔室中以产酸菌为优势菌群,后面隔室中以产甲烷为优势菌群,使消化反应的产酸相和产甲烷相沿程得到分离,参与厌氧消化过程的微生物能够生长于各自最佳的生长环境中,使厌氧消化过程的效率大大提高。厌氧折流板反应器的启动跟多因素有关,研究证明低有机负荷,长停留时间是反应器启动的关键,直接接种厌氧颗粒污泥有助于反应器的快速启动。在合适的条件下,反应器内可形成良好的按沿程分布优势菌属的颗粒污泥。
Anaerobic Baffled Reactor(ABR)is a new type of high-efficiency anaerobic reactor with staged multi-phase anaerobic reactor thought(SMPA),in front of ABR compartments acidogenic bacteria was the dominant bacteria,and in the behind,the methane-producing bacteria take the advantage,so that acidogenic status and methanogenic status can be separated from digestion reaction along the way.Mi-croorganisms involved in anaerobic digestion process can be grown in the optimal environment,which make the process of anaerobic diges-tion more effective.Start-up of Anaerobic Baffled Reactor are concered with many factors,research shows that low organic loading and long hydraulic residence time are the keys.Anaerobic granular sludge contribute a lot to start-up with inoculated directly.In the appropriate ex-ternal conditions,the reactor can be formed granular sludge with a good distribution and dominant bacteria along the way.
