西方产学研联合推动机制的理论与实践及对中国的启示 被引量:12

Theory and Practice of Production-Learning-Research Link Impulse Mechanism in the West and Its Enlightenment on China

摘要 在我国产业亟待由加工制造向自主研发转变的今天,增强产学研联合以提升企业自主创新能力已越发重要。但即使是美国、欧洲这样的发达国家和地区,也面临"欧洲悖论"困境。通过对产学研联合的本质特征及其西方国家产学研联合发展、驱动力和壁垒以及推动机制的理论与实践分析,对我国产学研联合的实践与理论提供了重要的启示。 Today, it is urgent to turn China's industry from processing manufacturing to independent research and development, and it has become increasingly important to strengthen the production-learning-research link so as to enhance the independent innovation capability of the enterprises. But, even such developed countries as the United States and European countries are faced with so called " European paradox" dilemma. This paper studies and analyzes the nature and characteristics of the production-learning-research link and the theory and practice of the development, drivers and barriers, and promoting mechanism of the production-learning-research link in Western countries. The results can provide important implications for the theory and practice of China's production-learning-research link.
