摘要
选择临床健康的繁殖适龄母羊90只(试验羊40只,对照50只)进行本研究.试验羊在自然发情人工授精的同时肌注LH100IU,结果表明:试验羊情期受胎率为95%,总受胎率为95%,二者均显著地高于对照组母羊的受胎率(情期受胎率80%、总受胎率86%)(P<0,05).
40 health reproduction ewes were injected using LH 100 IU and inseminated the while. The results showed that the non - return rate was 95 % and the total conception rate was 95 % in the experimental sheep. They are significantly higher than those in control group (76% and 80% resp)
