摘要
文章分析了电磁干扰及其对PLC控制系统干扰的机制,指出在工程应用时必须综合考虑控制系统的抗干扰性能。讨论了电气设备产生的干扰信号,从电磁兼容性(EMC)及PLC的安装规范出发,并结合工程提出了几种有效的抗电气设备干扰的具体措施。
In the paper,it is analysed the electromagnetic interferences and its mechanism on the interferences of PLC control system ,and pointed out that the anti-interference performance of control system must be considered overall in the engineering applications. Moreover, it is discussed the interfering signal generated by electrical equipment, and several effective specific measures to resist interference generated by electrical equipment are put forward based on electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) and installation specifications of PLC ,as well as combined with the project.
