The problem of water and energy saving in designing water supply and drainage for residences cannot be neglected. In the article, the details need be noticed in design are analysed. Moreover, in order to make the engineering designs more consummate, some experiences and methods for designing water supply and drainage for interior and exterior of residences are given according to years of experiences of engineering design and field maintenance.
