摘要
针对属性权重完全未知且属性值以专家经验给出的采煤工作面风险评价问题,根据粗糙集理论利用属性重要度分配权重的计算方法,即将权重确定问题转化为粗糙集中属性重要性评价问题,通过计算所建知识系统中决策属性对特定条件属性的依赖度和重要性,得出了风险评价模型的指标权重。该方法降低了传统采煤工作面风险评价指标权重确定方法的主观性,同时提高了采煤工作面危险源风险评价的精度,在实践中更具客观性与实用性,期待可以为煤矿企业制定安全生产规划提供决策依据。
According to the issues of the attribution fully unknown and the attribution value base on the risk evaluation of the coal mining face from the expert's experiences,base on the rough sets theory,the calculation method of the attribution important distribution weight was applied to turn the weight determined issue to the attribution importance evaluation issue of the rough set.The index weight of the risk evaluation model was obtained from the decision attribution to the dependence and importance of the special condition attribution in the knowledge system established by the calculations.This method could reduce the subjectivity of the conventional determination method for the risk evaluation index weight of the coal mining face and could improve the risk evaluation accuracy of the danger source for the coal mining face.In the practices,this method would be more objectivity and practicality and could provide the decision basis for the coal enterprises to set the mine safety production plan.
