摘要
文章推导了基于Boost电路的交-直-交矩阵变换器BoostMC相关的数学模型,讨论了Boost电路的不连续导通(DCM)工作模式,分析了电路拓扑结构,研究了整流侧、逆变侧和中间升压电路的控制策略。仿真试验结果验证了该方案的有效性和正确性,电压传输比可达到1.0以上,输出电压波形非常接近正弦波,谐波含量增加不多,且主要为开关频率附近的高次谐波。
The paper inferred the numerical model related to AC-DC-AC matrix converter BoostMC base on the Boost circuit and discussed the discontinuous conduction mode(DCM) of the Boost circuit.The paper analyzed the circuit topology structure and studied the control strategy of the rectifier's side,contravariant side and middle boost circuits.The simulation test results proved the effectiveness and correctness of the plan.The voltage transmission ratio could reach to over 1.0 and the waveform of the output voltage would be similar to the sine wave.The harmonic content would be increased less and the harmonic would mainly be the high order harmonic near the switch frequency.
