摘要
简要介绍了YHJ-1新型氧化解堵剂特点,在室内对该氧化解堵剂与ZD-01型氧化解堵剂对聚合物的降解能力及与酸液的配伍性进行了对比实验。结果表明,新型氧化解堵剂具有较强的降解聚合物能力且与酸配伍性良好等特点,可有效清除聚合物堵塞,恢复油井产能。并将YHJ-1新型氧化解堵剂用于浅层水平井的解堵,在实施解堵井次20次中,有效率达84%,且单井施工成本比使用ZD-01解堵剂降低5万多元,取得了较好的经济效益。
The characteristics of novel oxidative plugging agent YHJ - 1 were briefly introduced. The comparison between the YHJ - 1 and ZD - 01 in degradation of polymer and their compatibility with acid was made by experiments. The result showed the novel oxidative plugging agent had better degradation of polymer and good compatibility with acid. It could effectively remove the polymer block and recover the production capacity of oil wells. YHJ - 1 was used in shallow horizontal wells. The efficiency was up to 84% in implementation of 20 oil wells. The operation cost using YHJ - 1 was lower than the one using ZD -01 by 50 thousand yuan showing it had better economic benefit.
