独立学院“教书育人”理念的思考

Thinking about the Connotation of "Imparting Knowledge and Educating People" at Independent Colleges

提出"教书育人坐标系"这个新概念,阐述了"教书"与"育人"是没有主次之分,而是相辅相成、相互促进的一个有机结合体。同时,从独立学院的特殊性出发,并以宁波大学科技学院为例,针对特定的教育对象,探讨了加强"育人"工作在独立学院教育中的重要性,并对如何育人提出了"教书"中"育人"的理念。

On the one hand, the paper puts forward the new concept of ＂Imparting Knowledge and Educating People Coordinates＂.＂Imparting Knowledge＂ and＂Educating People＂are not divided into primary and secondary, but complementary and mutually reinforcing combination. On the other hand, the paper takes College of Science and Technology of Ningbo University as an example to Independent Colleges, and discusses the importance of ＂Educating People＂ at Independent Colleges. Finally, the paper gives some advice on how to educate people.
