京津同城化,是由高科技公交化高速轨道交通引发的一场中国城市及城际关系的革命,是中国改革开放30年来城市共同体建设最重要的综合成果之一。京津同城化,作为一种客观存在的真实结构,已成事实。因此天津城市文化建设也必须建立在这种环境意识和语境意识上思考,这种思考不仅是适应同城化、发展同城化的需要,也是提升津城文化竞争力,综合竞争力的需要。

The megalopolis of Beijing and Tianjin is concerned with a revolution of relations between cities in China owing to high speed and high-tech public railway traffic which is absolutely one of the most important integrated achievement of urban community since China has been opened up to outside the world for 30 years.The megalopolis of Beijing and Tianjin,or we can say,the cities of Beijing and Tianjin in the same circumstances and surroundings existed in fact no matter admitted the idea or not.Therefore,the building of Tianjin city culture has also to be based on and concerned on the consciousness of circumstances and context.And this consciousness is not only subject to the need to adapt to and develop the megalopolis,but also that to improve the cultural and integrated competition of Tianjin city as well.
