子宫腺肌病与子宫肌瘤临床表现对比分析

目的探讨子宫腺肌病与子宫肌瘤的临床区别,以提高术前诊断率。方法选择55例子宫腺肌病与55例子宫肌瘤患者为研究对象,并对发病年龄、临床表现、B超结果及血清CA125水平进行比较。结果两组患者发病年龄及临床表现相近,但子宫腺肌病痛经症状明显(P<0.01),B超有特征性改变,血清CA125水平明显升高,显著高于子宫肌瘤(P<0.05)。结论鉴别子宫腺肌病和子宫肌瘤主要依靠临床表现及B超所见,测定血清CA125水平对鉴别诊断有一定参考价值。

Objective To investigate the difference in clinical characteristics between adenomyosis and hysteromyoma so as to improve the preoperative diagnosis of adcnomyosis . Methods 55 cases of adenomyosis and 55 cases of hysteromyoma were selected. A comparative study was conducted over their ages of the onset, clinical manifestations, results of ultrasound B and levels of serum CA125 . Results The two groups of patients were similar in ages of onset, and clinical manifestations. However, dysmenorrheal was more prominent in the group of adenomyosis than in hystcromyomawith a statistically significant difference （ P 〈 0.01 ）. In adenomyosis, the level of serum CA125 was increased evidently , much higer than that in hysteromyoma（ P 〈 O. 05 ）. Conclu- sion The different of adenomyosis with hystermyomas is basically dependent on clinical manifestations and the imaging of ultrasonography B. Detection of serum CA125 is certainly valuable to different diagnosis between ade- nomyosis and hystcromyomas.
