追风透骨丸质量标准修订

Quality standard for Zhuifengtougu Pill

目的对追风透骨丸的质量标准进行修订。方法采用薄层色谱法对方中主要药味进行定性鉴别;采用容量法测定方中毒性成分硫化汞的含量。结果定性鉴别特征明显,专属性强;硫化汞的线性范围为49.93～298.66mg(r=0.99985);平均回收率为98.77%,RSD=1.18%(n=6)。结论本法操作简便、准确,专属性强,重复性好,能有效控制追风透骨丸的质量。

Objective To revise the quality standard for Zhuifengtougu Pill. Methods Medicines in this prescription were identified by TLC. Mercuric sulfide could be determined by titrametric analysis. Results The quality control study showed that the characteristic for identification by TLC was distinct and hightly specif- ic; The linear range for Mercuric sulfide was 49.93 - 298.66mg（r = 0. 99985）. The average recovery rate was 98.77%, RSD = 1.18 % （ n = 6）. Conclusion The method reported in this paper are easy to operate, which can provide accurate and reproducible results, and can be used for the quality control of Zhuifengtougu Pill.
