倍他司汀联合复方丹参注射液治疗眩晕症32例疗效观察

目的观察倍他司汀联合复方丹参注射液治疗眩晕症疗效。方法将64例患者随机分为两组,治疗组32例给予倍他司汀联合复方丹参注射液;对照组32例用复方丹参注射液注射液静脉滴注。结果治疗组总有效率为93.8%;明显高于对照组71.8%(P<0.01);结论倍他司汀联合复方丹参注射液联治疗眩晕症疗效稳定。

Objective To observe the Betahistine joint compound Danshen injection injection in treat- ment of vertigo effect. Methods 64 patients were randomly divided into two groups, treatment group 32 cases given Betahisfine joint compound Danshen injection. Control group, 32 cases of compound Danshen injection by intravenous infusion. Results In the treatment group, the total effective rate was 93.8%. It was higher than 71.8% （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion Betahistine joint compound Danshen injection efficacy of the treatment of vertigo effect stable.
