摘要
以故障录波装置为例,系统地阐述了传统故障录波装置的功能,分析了故障录波装置数字化的需求,进而采用IEC61850标准,在IEC61850协议规范的基础上,研究故障录波装置的系统设计,实现故障录波装置的数字化,同时深入讨论了其技术方案、建模方法。通过分析通信需求,最终实现其IEC61850通信服务功能。该故障录波装置已通过国网IEC61850一致性试验,取得了满意的测试效果,完全达到了电力系统对故障录波装置的要求,在工程中具有良好的应用前景。
This paper introduces functions of traditional fault recorder and analyzes its digital demand. At the same time, it researches the design of fault recorder device system based on IEC61850, discusses the technical program and modeling method to achieve its 61850 communication service. The fault recorder device has passed the national grid IEC61850 consistency test, gotten a satisfactory test results, and met the needs of power system. In the project ,it has a good application prospects.
