摘要
文章总结了十年来西部交通科技工作所取得的成果与经验,分析了西部交通发展面临的瓶颈问题,提出了依靠科技创新来全面提升西部地区乃至全国的交通运输现代化建设水平的发展思路。
The article summarizes the accomplishments and experiences within the communication in the past ten years.It also analyzes the key remaining problems that lies ahead and points out the overall direction of replying on new technology and creativity to elevate the communication ability not only in the west but also the whole country.
