摘要
目的建立益母草中硒的含量测定的方法。方法采用硝酸-高氯酸消解-原子荧光法测定益母草中硒的含量。结果硒浓度在0.00-1.00ng·mL^-1范围内与荧光强度呈线形关系,线性方程:Y=4.45105X×10+3.470×10^-1,r=0.9998。样品的加样回收率为94.9%-97.4%,6次测定结果的相对标准偏差为1.02%。结论该法简便、快速、准确、重现性好,结果满意。
Objective A method for determination of selenium in the leonurus japonicus Houtt.by Atomic Fluorescen Spectrometry.Methods After digesting by nitric acid combining perchloric acid,a method for determination of selenium in the leonurus japonicus Houtt.by Atomic Fluorescen Spectrometry was set up.Results When the concentration of selenium was 0.00~1.00ng·mL^-1,it has linear relationship with fluorescence intensity.The linear function was Y=4.45105X×10+3.470×10^-1,r=0.9998.The relative standard deviation of six determination results of the samples was 1.02%.The recovery rate was 94.9%~97.4%.Conclusion The method is easy,rapid and sensitivity.
