摘要
目的分析糖尿病与恶性肿瘤的相关性及作用机制。方法回顾分析近年来国内外有关糖尿病与恶性肿瘤关系的研究,探讨糖尿病诱发恶性肿瘤的相关作用机制。结果糖尿病增加了恶性肿瘤发生的危险性,其作用机制可能与高血糖、胰岛素及胰岛素样生长因子和药物等诸多因素有关。结论糖尿病患者应作为肿瘤的高发人群之一,引起临床的广泛重视。
Objective To analyze the relationship and mechanisms between diabetes mellitus and malignancy.Methods Logistic regression was used to relate the mechanisms of diabetes mellitus and malignancy.Results Diabetes mellitus has been associated with an increased risk of malignancy,the possible mechanisms that diabetes mellitus causes the malignancy include hyperglycemia,insulin,insulin-like growth factor,medicine and so on.Conclusion Diabetics as the high risk group of malignancy should be paid more attention.
