烟草立枯病杀菌剂的室内筛选 被引量:2

Screening of Fungicides Against Tobacco Sore Shin in Laboratory

摘要 采用生长速率法测定了"世高"、"瑞毒脱"、"咪鲜胺锰盐"和"三唑酮"4种杀菌剂对烟草立枯丝核菌的抑制作用,并在此基础上进行了药剂复配筛选。结果表明:10%"世高"EC和12.5%"瑞毒脱"EC对烟草立枯丝核菌具有较强的抑制作用,EC50分别为0.56μg/mL和0.8μg/mL;由"瑞毒脱"和"世高"以有效浓度4:1混配的12%复配剂EC对病原菌抑制效果最佳,EC50为1.02μg/mL,共毒系数(CTC)为155.3,增效作用明显;12%复配剂1500倍液防治效果最佳,相对防效达96%,施用复配剂比单独施用防效相当的"世高"药剂防治成本降低1/2以上。 The inhibition effects of 4 fungicides, difenoconazole, myclobutanil, prochloraz-manganese chloride complex and triadimefon, against Rhizoctonia solani Kuhn were determined by mycelium growth rate test, and more effective fungicide mixtures were screened. The results indicated that both 10% difenoconazole EC and 12.5% myclobutanil EC had good inhibition effects to Rhizoctonia solani Kuhn, their ECso were 0.56 and 0.8 μg/mL, respectively. The 12% compounded agent EC, which was prepared by the mixture of 12. 5% myelobutanil EC and 10% Difenoeonazole EC at a ratio of effective concentration 4: 1, had better inhibition effects to Rhizoctonia solani Kuhn with EC50 and CTC of 1.02 μg/mL and 155.3 respectively, and showed significant synergism. The 12% compounded agent EC at a dilution of 1500 had the best control effect, its relative control effect reached 96%
