摘要
以水作溶剂,过氧化物为引发剂,合成了顺丁烯二酸、乙酸乙烯酯和丙烯酰胺三元共聚物。研完了影响共聚反应的因素。通过红外、差热和热失重,测定了共聚物的结构和性能。实验结果表明,共聚物是油田地层水中钡锶离子较好的稳定剂。通过X射线衍射和扫描电镜分析,探讨了共聚物使BaSO_4晶体发生畸变的防垢机理。
A tercopolymer of maleic acid, vinyl acetate and aceylamtde was prepared using water as solvent and peroxide as initiator. Factors effecting the copolymerization were studied. The structure and properties of the tercopolymer prepared were identified by IR, DTA and TG. The experimetal results show that the copolymer is a pretty good stabilizing agent of barium-strontium ion in oilfield formation water. Mechanism of formation of distorted BaSO4 crystal was discussed by X-ray diffraction and X-650 SEM.
