HPLC法测定金荞麦片中原儿茶酸和表儿茶素的含量

HPLC determination of protocatechuic acid and(-)-epicatechin in Jinqiaomai tablets

目的:建立高效液相色谱法测定金荞麦片中原儿茶酸和表儿茶素的含量。方法:采用Agilent TC-C_(18)(250 mm×4.6mm,5μm)色谱柱,乙腈-水(pH 3.0)(8:92)为流动相,检测波长204 nm,流速1.5 mL·min^(-1),柱温35℃,采用外标法计算含量。结果:原儿茶酸在0.07812～1.5624μg·mL^(-1)范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9999)、表儿茶素在0.1171～2.342μg·mL^(-1)范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9999)。结论:本法简便、可靠,专属性强,重复性好,可用于金荞麦片的质量控制。

Objective：To establish an HPLC method for the determination of protocatechuic acid and（- ） - epicatechin in Jinqiaomai tablets.Methods：The Agilent TC - C18（250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm） was column adopted with the mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile - water（pH 3.0）（8：92） at the flow rate of 1.5 mL·min^-1.The wavelength was set at 204 nm.The column temperature was 35℃.Caculation was processed by external standard method. Results：The linear range was 0.07812 - 1.5624μg·mL^-1（r =0.9999）for protocatechuic acid and 0.1171 - 2.342μg·mL^-1（r= 0.9999） for（-）-epicatechin.Conclusion：The method is simple,reliable,accurate and reproducible in quality control of Jinqiaomai tablets.
