在线分析型中药材萃取装置的建立及其应用 被引量:1

摘要 目的:建立一种在线分析型中药材萃取系统。方法:利用自建萃取系统提取分析中药材。结果:通过对丹参和栀子的实际样品测试,表明系统提取比常规提取时间可缩短6~15倍,提取效率和转移率均较常规方法高10倍以上。结论:本系统适用于常规中药材分析。 Objective:To establish an on line analytical herbal material extracting system.Method:Extracting and analyzing herbal materials with lab - built extractive system.Results:With the tests on radix salviae miltiorrhiae and Gardenia samples,there could be indicated that extracting time of the system was 6-15 folds shorter than regular extracting methods as well as ratio of extracting efficacy and substance transferring were about 10 folds higher.Conclusion: Whole system was suitable for routine herb material analysis.
