水蛭素检测方法研究进展

Progress in Analytical Methods of Hirudin

水蛭素是从水蛭的唾液腺中提取的天然多肽,它是凝血酶的天然抑制剂,有很好的抗凝、抗血栓作用,对多种血栓疾病都有很好的预防效果。但是天然水蛭素产量低,价格昂贵,限制了它在临床上的运用。重组水蛭素的出现改变了这种状况,目前临床已开始应用重组水蛭素治疗血栓类疾病,水蛭素的活性和纯度直接影响其疗效,所以选择合适的检测手段至关重要,本文系统总结近年来国内外水蛭素的分析检测方法。

As a natural thrombin inhibitor,the hirudin was originated from the salivary glands of the leech.Because of the effect of anticoagulant and antithrombotic,it played an important role on the prevention of a variety therombotic disease.However,low production of natural hirudin,which was very expensive,limiting its use of in clinical practice. The emergence of recombinant hirudin has changed this situation.At present,hirudin has been used in the treatment of the clinical application.The activity and purity of hirudin would direct impact on its curative effect,so it＇s a crucial key to choose a suitable of detection.In the paper,the analysis methods of hirudin have been systematically summarized both at home and abroad in recent years.
