摘要
目前固体溶解度的理论预测和各种估算方法还不够成熟和完善,因此实验研究在固体溶解度研究中仍占有相当重要的地位。固体溶解度数据不仅能够直接指导工程实践,同时也是固-液相平衡理论研究的基础,特别是在药物的发现阶段和发展阶段可以作为筛选新药的重要标准。本文对常用的固体溶解度的测定方法做了一一的介绍;并且着重介绍了测定药物溶解度数据的高效测定方法。
Due to imperfection of the theoretic prediction and empirical evaluation on solid solubility,the experimental techniques have been got more attention from the researchers in this field.The solubility data not only are meaningful to engineering practice but also are foundation of the fundamental research,especially solubility is central to in vitro drugs screening assays.This review summarizes current useful experimental techniques of the study on solubility. This paper focuses on the advantage and limitation of high throughput techniques determine kinetic and thermodynamic （equilibrium） solubility.
