心脉隆注射液治疗慢性心力衰竭的临床研究

Effects of Xinmailong injection in the treatment of chronic heart failure

【目的】观察心脉隆注射液对慢性心力衰竭(chronic heart failure,CHF)患者中心静脉压(CVP)、心脏左室射血分数(LVEF)、B型利钠肽(BNP)的影响。【方法】选择2008年9月-2009年9月住院治疗的CHF患者243例(NYHA心功能分级Ⅳ级),按其是否使用心脉隆注射液分为心脉隆治疗组及常规药物治疗对照组。【结果】治疗2周后心脉隆治疗组LVEF、CVP及BNP水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),症状明显改善,且用药过程中无明显副作用发生。【结论】心脉隆注射液可降低CHF患者心脏负荷,抑制神经内分泌激活,显著改善心功能。

[Objective]To observe the effect of Xinmailong injection on the CVP,LVEF,and BNP in chronic heart failure patients.[Methods]243 chronic heart failure patients（New York Heart Association class Ⅳ）were divided into treatment group and control group.[Results] Significant difference of CVP,LVEF and BNP levels were found between the two groups（P〈0.05）.Intravenous infusion of Xinmailong can improve the heart failure symptoms without obvious side-effects during treatment.[Conclusions] It is postulated that Xinmailong treatment may attenuates the cardiac dysfunction might be through the reduction of heart load and inhibiting the neuro-endocrine activation.
