重组人表皮生长因子凝胶联合甘舒霖R治疗糖尿病患者压疮的临床研究

Clinic study on the treatment of pressure ulcer in diabetic patients by recombined human epidermal growth factor gel with topical gansulinR

【目的】探讨重组人表皮生长因子凝胶联合甘舒霖R配合红外线照射治疗糖尿病患者压疮的临床疗效。【方法】选取糖尿病伴发Ⅰ、Ⅱ期压疮患者204例,随机分为观察组及对照组,观察组采用重组人表皮生长因子凝胶联合甘舒霖R局部外用配合红外线照射治疗,对照组先用0.1%洗必泰溶液清洗然后用0.9%无菌生理盐水冲洗创面,再以红外线治疗。【结果】重组人表皮生长因子凝胶联合甘舒霖R配合红外线照射治疗糖尿病患者I、II期压疮总有效率比对照组高,差异有统计学意义。【结论】重组人表皮生长因子凝胶联合甘舒霖R配合红外线照射治疗糖尿病患者压疮疗效显著。

[Objective]To investigate the effect of recombined human epidermal growth factor gel,gansulin R and infrared radiation in theating pressure ulcer in diabetic patient.[Methods] A total of 204 diabetes patients with Ⅰ/Ⅱ stage pressure ulcer were divided into treatment group and control group randomly.The treatment group was treated by recombinant human epidermal growth factor gel together with infrared radiation and gansulinR topically.The control group was washed with 0.1% liquor hibitane first,and washed with sterile physiological saline solution,then the raw surface were treated with infrared radiation.[Results] The cure rate of recombined human epidermal growth factor gel,topical gansulinR and infrared radiation for pressure ulcers in diabetic patients were statistically higher than control group.[Conclusions] Recombined human epidermal growth factor gel,topical fansulinR and infrared radiation in the treatment of pressure ulcer in diabetic patients is dominantly effective.
