摘要
我国现行师资储备和管理制度是建国以来逐步形成的。随着我国教育事业的发展,其存在的问题与矛盾日益突出。基层幼教师资储备与管理体制更是因为学前教育一直以来不被重视,而问题更为显著,具体表现为:幼儿教师队伍年龄结构不合理,师资总体短缺且分配不均匀,教师流通渠道不畅,农村幼儿教师缺乏自我发展的积极性以及参与幼儿园管理的权利。针对其背后存在的制度性原因,为解决这些问题,应改变传统的幼师培养体制,完善幼儿教师任用制度,利用编制管理、政策倾斜等措施,改善幼儿教师的待遇与专业环境,实现幼教师资的合理配置与流动。
The current system of reserves and management of teachers in China has a long history since the funding. In recent years, as the objectives of universal compulsory education is nearly finished, the conflict existing in the reserves and management system has become increasingly prominent, especially the problems of the kindergarten teacher reserves and the management has begun to attract people's attention. In this study, we took the problems and contradictions of kindergarten teachers' reserves and management system in Lianjiang county for example, and analyzed the problems of current construction of teachers resource in rural, and suggested that we should change the concept of management and reserves of preschool teachers to build the scientific and reasonable teacher reserve mechanism to deal with these issues.
