中国服务业发展态势及其国际竞争力:“金砖四国”比较视野

The Situation of the Service Industry in China and Its International Competition:in the Comparative Perspective of BRICs

从整体水平、内部结构和国际竞争力方面对中国、巴西、俄罗斯、印度的服务业发展水平进行经验比较。结果表明:与印度、巴西和俄罗斯相比,中国服务业占国民经济的比重和现代服务业占服务业的比重相对偏低,但后者更可能对中国的产业升级带来不利影响;此外,中国服务业出口贸易低级化以及整体国际竞争力弱于印度也是不争的事实。因此,优化服务业结构、加快现代服务业发展和提升服务业的国际竞争力理应成为中国现阶段产业政策的着力点。

We compare China＇s services industry development with Brazil＇s, Russian＇s and India＇s fi＇om holistic development, internal structure and international competitiveness. The experiential results show that the proportion of China＇s service industry in whole economy and modem service sector in service industry are lower than that of others. But the latter is more likely to have a bad effect on industry upgrading of China. In addition, China＇s service exports are low-grade and the international competitiveness of China＇s service industry is weaker than India＇s. Therefore, optimizing the service structure, and speeding up the development of modem service industry and enhancing the international competitiveness of service industry that should become the focus of China＇s current industrial policy.
