本文给出低对称性离子晶体库仑能的计算方法，并在计算机上实现此计算过程，结果表明这种计算方法的精度很高。

This paper presents a method of calculation about lattice coulomb energy in low symmetry ionic crystals. Applied to the computer,the method is of high precision manifested by the result of the calculation.
