本文介绍由计算机与ＰＬＣ构成的二级计算机控制系统，包括系统的设计、实现与通信，该系统对ＦＭＳ—５００物料系统进行监控管理，保证了物料系统在ＦＭＳ中可靠稳定运行。

This paper introduces a two-- level computer control system consisting of computer and PLC, which monitors the conveyer system of FMS-- 500 and ensures a reliable and stable operation of the conveyer system in FMS. The design,the implementation and the communication of the system are discussed as well.
