苎麻纯落麻转杯纺成纱断头的研究

本文用灰色关联分析法，分析了转杯纺加工苎麻纯落麻纺纱断头与主要影响因素的关联程度，指出各影响因素的优势序列，即影响最显著的是转杯凝聚槽内积灰量，其次分别为转杯速度、喂人定量、假捻盘的假捻效应和捻系数。本文还对影响凝聚槽内积灰量的因素进行了分析。

This paper studies,by the grey correlation analysis,the correlation between the breakages and the major factors that work on the process of pure ramie noi1 in rotor spinning syStem. The superior alignment of the factors are obtained, the first being the quantity of the dust accumulation in the condensing groove, then the revo- lution speed of the rotor,the feed quantity,the false twist effect of the navel and the influence of the twist,in de- scending order of importance. The factors that work on the amount of the dust accumulation in condensing groove are also discussed.
