溶排净石胶囊治疗泌尿系结石121例临床观察

Clinical Observation on 121 Cases of Urinary Calculi Treated with Shek Pai Soluble Caspsule

目的:观察中药溶排净石胶囊对泌尿系结石的临床疗效。方法:选择溶排净石胶囊对泌尿系小于1cm的结石进行观察,以尿中排石,症状、体征消失或改善,B超检查判断疗效。结果及结论:溶排净石胶囊对泌尿系中、小结石排石率达98.3%,有明显排石减轻肾积水的作用。

Objective：To observe the effects of net Shek Pai soluble capsule on the clinical efficacy of urinary calculi.Methods：Select row of net dissolution of urinary tract stones capsule stones less than 1cm to observe the urine in the row of stones,symptoms and signs disappeared or improved,B ultrasonic examination to determine efficacy.Result and Conculation：row of net dissolved capsule on the urinary stone,small stone row of stone rate of 98.3%,with a clear row of stone to reduce the role of hydronephrosis.
