护肝颗粒提取工艺研究

Study on Extraction Procedure of Hugan Granules

目的:优选护肝颗粒剂的提取工艺。方法:采用正交设计法,选择绿原酸与干浸膏、五味子甲素为指标,对护肝颗粒水、醇提取工艺进行试验和考察。结果:确定最佳提取条件为乙醇量8、8、8倍,回流3次,每次1 h。结论:筛选得到护肝颗粒乙醇提取较为理想的工艺参数,验证试验结果稳定,参数可以重复。

Objective：To develop a method to optimize the extraction technology of Hugan Granules.Methods：The content of chlorogenic acid,deoxyschizandrin and dry extract are adopted as index.Orthogonal—test L9（33） was employed to optimize the extraction technology.Results：The optimum extraction process was adding 8 times amount of alcohol and extracting three times,1 hour each time.Conclusion：The established method is exact and convenient.The extraction technology is stable,reasonable and practicable.
