老年患者静脉输液血管保护方法的探讨

目的探讨老年患者静脉输液血管的保护方法,以提高老年患者静脉输液的质量。方法根据老年患者血管特点,从头皮针和血管的选择、运用静脉穿刺方法的技巧、拔针后的按压方法与时间3方面加强对老年患者静脉输液血管的保护。结果本组50例(375输液例次)老年输液患者中,367例次(97.9%)穿刺针眼愈合时间≤2d;369例次(98.4%)无血管触痛感;370例次(98.7%)穿刺部位无出现皮下瘀血。结论根据老年患者静脉血管的特点选择适当的头皮针和血管,运用静脉穿刺方法的技巧和延长拔针后按压时间,对提高老年患者静脉输液质量具有积极的意义。

Objective To explore the methods to protect senile patients＇ blood vessels during intravenous transfusion and improve the transfusion quality.Methods Importance was attached to three aspects to protect senile patients＇ blood vessels during intravenous transfusion,including choice of scalp acupuncture and blood vessels,techniques in using venipuncture skills,and pressing methods and time after withdrawal of needles.Results Among 50 senile patients who received intravenous transfusion 375 times,the healing time of pinpoint was less than 2 days in 367 cases（97.9%）;no tenderness was felt in 369 cases（98.4%）;no stagnant blood occurred in 370 cases（98.7%）.Conclusion To choose adequate scalp acupuncture and blood vessels,use venipuncture skills,and prolong pressing time after withdrawal of needles are important to ensure smooth procedure and can improve the transfusion quality.
