摘要
目的探讨沙滩椅体位在预防老年人肩关节手术中并发症的作用。方法70例患者在术中采取沙滩椅体位,同时予骨隆突处垫软垫、稳妥固定四肢、保持头部屈曲位、健侧上肢用包布包裹。结果70例患者术程顺利,术中无1例发生并发症。结论正确的沙滩椅体位摆放是预防肩关节手术中并发症发生的重要保证。
Objective To discuss the effect of patients＇ body positioning on prevention of complications in senior patients during shoulder joint surgery.Method Body positioning and preventive nursing points in caring for 70 senile patients after shoulder joint surgery were retrospectively analyzed.Results All 70 surgeries were finished successfully.No complication happened during the surgery.Conclusion Proper position is critical to the prevention of complications during the surgery.
