老年患者人工髋关节置换术后发生肺部感染的原因及护理

目的探讨老年患者行人工全髋关节置换术后发生肺部感染的原因,并提出相应的护理对策。方法回顾性分析和总结13例人工全髋关节置换术后老年患者发生肺部感染的原因及护理经验。结果本组患者肺部感染发生于术后3-28d,治疗3-6d后感染得到控制。结论做好老年患者人工全髋关节置换术后并发症的观察和护理,加强功能锻炼及体位护理,提高患者抗病能力对降低术后肺部感染的发生率具有积极的意义。

Objective To analyze the causes of pulmonary infection in senile patients after artificial hip replacement and introduce the nursing strategies.Method Causes of pulmonary infection in thirteen senile patients after artificial hip replacement and nursing points were retrospectively analyzed and summarized.Result Pulmonary infections occurred 3-28 days after operation and were under control 3-6 days after treatment.Conclusion It is very favorable that we adopted active nursing measures in patients with pneumonia who received the surgery of hip replacement.
