盐酸多奈哌齐联用盐酸美金刚治疗中重度阿尔茨海默病的疗效分析 被引量:7

摘要 目的观察盐酸多奈哌齐联用盐酸美金刚治疗中重度阿尔茨海默病(AD)的临床疗效及安全性。方法72例中重度AD患者随机接受盐酸多奈哌齐联用盐酸美金刚(试验组)和单用盐酸多奈哌齐(对照组)治疗12周,每4周随访1次,效果评估采用蒙特利尔认知量表(MoCA量表)、Blessed.Rotll量表及Barthel量表。结果治疗12周时,试验组的MoCA量表评分[(14.1±5.2)分]及Barthel量表评分[(52.3±11.4)分]较治疗前[分别为(10.8±4.6)、(42.8±8.8)分]明显增加(P〈0.01),Blessed.Roth量表评分较治疗前明显减低[(11.2±6.0)分比(14.4±6.9)分.P〈0.05];对照组MoCA及Barthel量表评分较治疗前增加(p〈0.05),但Blessed.Roth量表评分与治疗前比较差异元统计学意义(P〉0.05)。两组不良反应事件发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论盐酸多奈哌齐联用盐酸美金刚治疗中重度AD患者,可明显改善患者的认知功能、情感和日常生活能力,较单用盐酸多奈哌齐效果更好。
