摘要
针对目前国产PAN基碳纤维存在的毛丝问题,在总结多年实际工作经验的基础上,分析了单丝断裂的原因,从原料、工艺和设备等方面提出了降低毛丝率的途径。
Actual knowledge of solving monofilament breakage in PAN based carbon fiber was summarized in this paper.The cause of monofilament breakage and the methods of decreasing its causing from some respects, such as material, process, equipment and so on, were mainly analysed.
