涤纶长丝染色试验中,袜套的平整,均匀与织机针头数的选择、针头钩针松紧度的调节密切相关,此外,袜套均匀上染和正确判色,还与织机丝条张力的稳定及所选用的分散蓝染料紧密相关。
In the dying test of polyester filaments, the flatness and evenness of stockings have close relations to the selection of knitting needle numbers and adjusting the degree of crochet hooks tightness. In addition, the stability of tension on the knitting filament and the properties of disperst dyes which were used all have effects on the dying evenness and judging accuracy.
